This very heavy duty mounting bracket was specifically designed to mount replacement alternators to the Model A and B engines and includes all hardware required.  While its pivot feature adjusts belt tension, this bracket also features a special forward and rearward adjustability to ensure proper pulley alignment necessary for long fan belt life. This bracket is a standard part included in all Nu-Rex alternator kits. This is a genuine Nu-Rex product.
